Upaya secures Rs280 million fund from Dolma to expand logistics services
The company eyes additional Rs270 million from private investors.

Upaya, a logistics company, has raised Rs280 million in Series C funding from Dolma Impact Fund II. The firm is also in the process of securing an additional Rs270 million from friends, acquaintances and family in a private round, which will bring the total to Rs 550 million.
Founded in 2019, Upaya offers on-demand, enterprise and intercity logistics services, door-to-door fulfilment, and third-party logistics warehousing.
The company said it operates across Nepal, serving thousands of businesses nationwide. It has raised over Rs2 billion in funding so far, with Dolma Impact Fund II contributing Rs710 million, making it the firm’s largest backer.
The company said the latest funds will enhance Upaya's AI-driven logistics platform, expand to 200 support hubs nationwide, and invest in a third-party logistics warehousing project.
Upaya also plans to expand its services to regional markets, including Sri Lanka and Bhutan.
Managing Director and co-founder Suman Rayamajhi said the investment will help consolidate logistics across rides, food, goods and commerce, creating opportunities for businesses and livelihoods. Dolma founder and CEO Tim Gocher said Upaya is building the infrastructure for efficient and sustainable logistics in Nepal.
