MetLife Nepal welcomed its regional president for Asia, Lyndon Oliver, alongside MetLife’s regional head of Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, Elena Butarova, and Asia chief financial officer Ashish Bhat. During his one-day visit on November 29, Oliver had multiple engagements involving meetings with employees and agency field forces, reinforcing our commitment in Nepal to helping all stakeholders build a more confident future, the company said in a statement. MetLife has been operating in Nepal since 2001 as a branch of American Life Insurance Company, incorporated in the US, a subsidiary of MetLife, Inc.
