Kathmandu
Hotel Yak & Yeti, a five-star hotel in Kathmandu, on Monday handed over gifts contributed by its guests as well as hotel team members to children as per their wish cards, and also hosted a lunch for them to celebrate the Gingerbread House and Wish Tree festival, a season of giving.
The hotel celebrated the ritual of Gingerbread House and Wish Tree inauguration on December 3.
The hotel team had asked the children from the Future Hope Nepal Children’s Home what they wished to get this festive season.
The event invitees and guests were encouraged to fulfil the wishes of the children by selecting one or more wish cards from the Wish Tree, the hotel said in a press statement.
