Pros:
Rent and food prices are structured for student budgets, with a high concentration of housing, libraries, and bookstores. It is a five-minute walk to the IIT metro station.
Cons:
The neighbourhood features high population density and narrow, congested lanes. Infrastructure limitations lead to routine drainage and waterlogging issues during the monsoon season.

Rohini
Rohini is a well-planned residential sub-city located in Northwest Delhi. It is divided into numerous numbered sectors and is home to major institutions like Delhi Technological University and Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
Pros:
The area features wide roads, planned residential sectors, and numerous public parks. It offers good connectivity via the Red Line and Yellow Line metro networks.
Cons:
The commute to central or South Delhi is long, often taking over an hour by metro or road.

Uttam Nagar
Situated in West Delhi, Uttam Nagar is a lively area. It lies near areas such as Dwarka, Janakpuri, and Nawada. It's an established residential area with numerous schools, banks, and hospitals.
Pros:
Uttam Nagar is known for its convenient transportation, with direct service from the Delhi Metro's Blue Line.
Cons:
The traffic situation is usually heavy during rush hour. Similarly, parking is considered a problem for many locals.

Govindpuri
Govindpuri is a residential locality in South Delhi. The area serves as a destination for students and young professionals seeking affordable housing. It is well connected by the violet metro line.
Pros:
The locality is close to commercial and business hubs such as the Jasola District Centre and Saket District Centre, making job searching and daily commuting easier.
Cons:
Air pollution can be a major concern for residents.

Karawal Nagar
Situated in the North East district of Delhi. Karawal Nagar is one of the most populated residential areas in Delhi. The area is well connected by the Delhi Metro via the nearby Shiv Vihar and Johri Enclave Metro Stations.
Pros:
Karawal Nagar is known for its markets. The Karawal Nagar Main Market has weekly haats (street markets), providing easy access to necessities and goods.
Cons:
The locality struggles with unpaved and poorly maintained roads.
