Today the weather is forecast to be generally to mostly cloudy in Lumbini, Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Province and partly to generally cloudy in the rest of the country.

Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at some places of Lumbini, Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Province and light rain at a few areas of hilly regions of the rest of the country.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division has forecasted chances of light to moderate snowfall at many places of the high hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Province and at a few places of high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Province.

Tonight the weather will be partly to generally cloudy in Karnali Province along with the hilly regions of the country and Partly cloudy to mainly fair in the rest of the country.

Light rain is likely to occur in a few places of Karnali Province and at one or two places in hilly regions of the rest of the country.

There is a chance of light snowfall at some places of the high hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Province and at one or two places of high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi and Bagmati Province.

On Sunday Janakpur experienced the maximum temperature of 26°C, while Jumla registered the minimum temperature at -7.4°C.
