The Meteorological Forecasting Division has said that hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali Provinces will experience partly cloudy weather today, while the rest of the country will see mainly fair conditions.

Light rain is likely in one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces, with chances of light snowfall in the high-altitude regions of Koshi and Gandaki.

Tonight, partly cloudy weather will persist in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki, with light rain expected in some areas of Koshi and Gandaki.

The division attributes these conditions to the influence of westerly winds.

Bhairahawa recorded the highest temperature at 27.5°C on Tuesday while Jumla experienced the lowest at -4.5°C.

Taplejung reported traces of rainfall, the only location with precipitation in the past 24 hours.
