The weather will be partly to generally cloudy in Koshi Province, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and partly cloudy to mainly fair in rest of the provinces on Wednesday.

According to the Metrological Forecasting Division, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of Koshi Province, at a few places of Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and at one or two places of rest of the country.

There are chances of heavy rainfall at one or two places of Koshi Province and Bagmati Province.

Monsoon winds continue to affect the entire country, with a partial impact from a low-pressure system formed in the north-eastern region of Assam, India.

The highest maximum temperature recorded was 36.4°C in Janakpur, while Jumla had the lowest minimum temperature at 12.3°C.
