On Saturday the weather across the country is forecast to be partly to generally cloudy.

Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali, Sudur Pashchim Province and at a few areas of the rest of the provinces.

There are chances of heavy rainfall at one or two places of the hilly region of Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudur Pashchim Province.

Tonight the weather will be partly cloudy throughout the country. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali Province and at a few places of the rest of the areas of the country.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division has warned of the chances of heavy rainfall at one or two places in Bagmati and Karnali Province.

On Friday Janakpur experienced the highest temperature of 35 Degrees Celsius while Jomsom experienced the lowest temperature of 14.5 Degrees Celsius. The highest rainfall, 82.5 mm, was recorded in Pokhara. Kathmandu recorded a maximum temperature of 30.1°C and a minimum of 19.5°C, with 22mm of rainfall in the last 24 hours.
