The weather across the country is forecast to be partly to generally cloudy on Saturday.

Light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is expected in several regions, including Koshi Province, Karnali Province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province, and Bagmati Province. Similar phenomena may occur sporadically in parts of Madhesh and Sudur Pashchim provinces.

The meteorological forecasting division has warned of heavy rainfall in some parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, and Gandaki Provinces.

Tonight, the weather is expected to remain generally cloudy throughout the country, with light to moderate rainfall.

Likewise, moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places in Koshi Province, Gandaki Province, Bagmati Province, and Lumbini Province, as well as at one or two places in the rest of the provinces.

Heavy rainfall is expected in Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.

The maximum temperature on Friday was recorded at 32.6 degrees Celsius in Nepalgunj, while Jomsom’s lowest recorded temperature was 15.0 degrees Celsius.
