Two persons were killed when a motorcycle they were travelling on overturned nearby Tinkune in Kathmandu in the wee hours of Wednesday.
Police identified the deceased as Raju Tamang, 38, and Bishal Lama, 28, of Kavrepalanchowk. Tamang was riding the motorcycle while Lama was a pillion rider.
Critically injured in the incident, Tamang and Lama were rushed to Civil Service Hospital at Min Bhawan where they breathed their last.
The incident took place when a Gaushala bound motorcycle coming from Koteshwor overturned, according to Metropolitan Traffic Police Division.
