Nepali Congress faction led by senior leader Ram Chandra Paudel has decided to pick only the directly elected lawmakers as ministers.
Paudel faction, making the criteria, finalised the names of four ministers to be inducted in Sher Bahadur-led Cabinet.
Sanjay Gautam, Rajan KC, Ram Krsihna Yadav and Yagya Bahadur Thapa have been picked for appointment as ministers from the Paudel faction.
