The Central Working Committee meeting of Nepali Congress has begun at the party office in Sanepa on Saturday.
The meeting presided over by party President Sher Bahadur Deuba is expected to dwell on contemporary political issues and recently concluded two phases of local level elections.
At the beginning of the meeting, senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel expressed his view about the overall status of the party, failure to obtain expected result in the two phases of local polls and efforts to be made by the leaders to make the party united.
According to leader Prakash Sharan Mahat, party leaders are discussing the third phase of local level elections being held in Province 2 on September 18. RSS
