The Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee has decided to quiz Chief Justice nominee Gopal Parajuli on Sunday morning.

A meeting of the PHSC on Friday scheduled the hearing after no complaints were filed against acting CJ Parajuli in the 10 days given to people to file complaints, if any, according to PHSC Under-secretary Keshav Aryal. The Constitutional Council on June 29 recommended Parajuli for the head of the judiciary. He was appointed the acting CJ after Sushila Karki retired on June 6. (PR)
