Nepal added a silver medal to its medal tally in the 12th South Asian Games being held in Assam and Shillong of India. 

Yan Kumari Chaulagain settled for silver after losing to an Indian player in the final of Taekwondo on Sunday. She beat a Pakistani player in semi-final.

Nepal have so far obtained one gold, 15 sivler and 22 bronze medals.
