Police arrested an auto driver on charge of murdering two women in Pahelpar of Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City on Saturday.
According to Superintendent of Police Ram Bahadur KC, 58-year-old Tek Bahadur Gharti allegedly assaulted Sangita Sunar, 44, and Jupali Budha, 50 with an axe.
