Police have arrested four people on charge of murdering a man of Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City-6.
The law enforcement agency nabbed Sher Bahadur Magar, Dipa Magar, Tilak Pun Magar and Megh Raj Magar of Banglachuli Rural Municipality-1 for allegedly murdering Shiva Raj KC of Ghorahi.
They were paraded at a press conference on Wednesday.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Janak Bahadur Malla, they shot KC dead on December 24. The body was later recovered inside a tunnel of a local coal mine.
“The arrestees shot KC after a heated dispute over financial transactions,” said Malla.
