Birgunj
Police have arrested an Indian national in possession of brown sugar from Birgunj Metropolitan City.
The suspect, 23-year-old Bikash Kumar Patel of Bihar, India, was apprehended following a tip-off.
A joint team from the District Police Office, Parsa and the Bus Park Police Post seized 48 grams of brown sugar from Patel.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Bharati said further investigation into the drug-related offence is underway.
