Madhesh provincial assembly member Bindu Kumari Yadav passed away on Tuesday. She was 44. 

Yadav, a permanent resident of Kabilashi Municipality in Sarlahi district, was elected to the provincial assembly from the Janata Samajbadi Party under proportional representation system. 

She passed away in the course of treatment at the provincial hospital in Janakpur. 

Yadav was suffering from cancer for a long time.
