CK Raut maintains lead in Saptari-2, Upendra Yadav stands second
Yadav is following Raut with 452 votes as per the latest vote count results.

Janamat Party chair CK Raut is leading with 1,020 votes in Saptari-2 as per the initial results of the vote counting.
Raut is followed by Janata Samajbadi Party chair Upendra Yadav with 452 votes while Jaya Prakash Thakur of Loktantrik Samajbadi Party has stood third garnering 308 votes as of 1:30pm on Monday.
This is Raut’s first candidacy in the federal elections. Thakur, on the other hand, had garnered over 9,500 votes from the constituency as an independent candidate in the 2017 elections.
