Four killed, five injured in separate road accidents in Sunsari and Parbat
Three die in motorcycle collision in Sunsari, one killed in jeep crash in Parbat.

Four people, including a father and son, were killed and five others were injured in separate road accidents in Sunsari and Parbat districts on Saturday night.
In Sunsari, a motorcycle collision occurred at the Chhathara-Kanchhi Chowk road section in ward 3 of Ramdhuni Municipality.
The accident claimed the lives of 34-year-old Inarchan Chaudhary of ward 6, his nine-year-old son Pranish Chaudhary, and 51-year-old Bindhu Yadav of ward 6 in Inaruwa Municipality, police said.
The incident took place when a motorcycle, heading towards Kalabanjar, collided head-on with another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. All three victims were critically injured and taken to the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, where they died during treatment.
Inarchan’s wife, 32-year-old Pratiksha Chaudhary, and 36-year-old Ramesh Chaudhary of ward 6 in Itahari, who was riding pillion on the other motorcycle, sustained serious injuries. They are currently undergoing treatment at the same hospital.
Meanwhile, in Parbat, 39-year-old Dol Bahadur Chhetri of Thana Maula in ward 8 of Phalebas Municipality died after a jeep met with an accident at Samin Dhara Nepane on Saturday night, according to the District Traffic Police Office.
The jeep, which was en route from Lamayakhola to Phalamkhani, skidded off the road and fell around 150 metres down the slope. Chhetri, who was seriously injured, died during treatment at Gandaki Medical College in Pokhara, said Police Inspector Ram Prasad Sapkota, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Parbat.
The jeep’s driver, 34-year-old Bikram Sunar of Limithana in Phalebas-7, and another passenger, 33-year-old Suraj Bishwakarma of Thana Maula, were injured and taken to the Provincial Hospital in Parbat before being referred to Gandaki Medical College for further treatment.
Police also rescued 41-year-old Man Bahadur BK, who had gone missing after the crash. He was found on Sunday morning in a nearby shed and has been taken to Kushma for treatment.
