Former Inspector General of Nepal Police (IGP) Pradeep Shumsher Rana passed away on Saturday. He was 78.
According to Nepal Police, Rana breathed his last at Norvic International Hospital in Kathmandu.
Born on April 14, 1947, Rana led the Nepal Police for two years, from October 2000 to December 2002.
