One dead, two injured in motorbike-scooter collision in Babarmahal

Kathmandu
A man died and two others were injured in a road accident involving a motorbike and a scooter in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, on Saturday.
According to Kathmandu District Police, the motorbike collided with a scooter on the road section at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-11.
Superintendent of Police Apilraj Bohara stated that the 30-year-old motorcycle rider sustained critical injuries and died during treatment at the National Trauma Centre. “The identity of the deceased has not yet been confirmed,” he added.
One pillion rider from the motorbike and one from the scooter were also injured in the crash. Both are currently receiving treatment at the same hospital.
Police are investigating the incident for further details.
