The government has formed a three-member committee to recommend a candidate for the position of Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.
A Cabinet meeting on Monday decided to establish the committee under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel, according to a minister.
The committee comprises former governor Bijay Nath Bhattarai and economist Biswo Poudel as members.
