A man died in a motorcycle accident in ward 9 of Khandbari Municipality on Sunday night.
The motorcycle, en route from Khandbari to Tumlingtar, lost control, leading to the death of the pillion rider, police said.
The deceased, a resident of Pyuthan, had been working at a hydropower project in ward 6 of Dharmadevi Municipality. Deputy Superintendent of Police Daksha Kumar Basnet said the man succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the district hospital in Khandbari.
