The government has urged all Nepali citizens residing in Lebanon to remain vigilant and take precautionary measures for their safety amidst the escalating conflict in the Middle East.
In a press release on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safety of Nepali nationals in the region, especially given the recent surge in violence in Lebanon.
According to the ministry, Nepali citizens currently in Lebanon are safe.
The situation in Lebanon has worsened in recent weeks, with extensive Israeli airstrikes targeting Hezbollah strongholds, reflecting broader regional tensions involving Iran, Israel, and other parties.
