Death toll from floods and landslides triggered by recent torrential rains has reached 69 until Monday evening, according to the latest press release issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to the press release, 38 people who sustained injuries are receiving treatment at various hospitals across the country.
Meanwhile, 31 people are still missing and 3366 people have been rescued across the country, according to the statement.
Floods and landslides have wreaked havoc across the country, damaging several road sections and leaving thousands of people homeless.
