New Delhi
Nepal Communist Party Co-chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the problems faced by migrant Nepalis for decades in India would be resolved if the two governments worked together towards that end.
“Migrant Nepalis are facing a lot of problems, and even though all the problems cannot be solved at once, both the nations are serious about putting their friendly relationship to good use,” he said.
Dahal, who is on a three-day official visit to India, said the statement amid a programme organised at the New Delhi-based Nepali Embassy on Thursday. The representatives urged Dahal to resolve the problems faced by Nepalis in India, such as opening bank accounts, labour security, looting at Nepal-India borders, among others.
