According to Magar, voters are afraid to go for voting at the polling centre in Saraswati Secondary School. He added that the incident site lacks enough security personnel. He alleged that the security reinforcement has not arrived 10 hours after the information was conveyed.
Only around 25 people have cast their ballots at the voting centre on Sunday. Four people have been injured in clashes at Painka and Churanta on Saturday night.
Assistant Chief District Officer Janak Raj Sharma said the security personnel have not been able to reach the incident site due to remoteness.
