A person died and six others were injured when a jeep they were travelling in met with an accident at Sildanda in Jyamire of Nimdi Rural Municipality-7, Palpa district on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Yam Bahadur Gaha, 23, of Nimdi-7 in the district, according to the District Police Office, Palpa.
The injured are receiving treatment at the United Mission Hospital at Tansen in Palpa, police said.
The four-wheeler (Lu 1 Ja 1809) was heading towards Jyamire from Tansen when the incident occurred yesterday evening.
The cause behind the accident is yet to be established. RSS
