Prabin Lopchan, 22, Dipak Tamang, 18, and Binod Tamang, 23, of Kiranchok-4 in Dhading district were held in possession of the narcotics during a security check at Aanptari, said police.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Shantiraj Koirala said the investigation is underway after taking the suspects into custody.
