NEPSE index rises by 41.67 points, trading volume increases

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index saw an increase of 41.67 points on Thursday, closing at 2,663.54 points, a rise of 1.58 percent compared to Wednesday. This positive momentum followed a 39-point increase the previous day.
On Thursday, 227 companies experienced a rise in their stock prices, while only 16 companies saw their prices drop.
The total trading volume reached 522.3 million rupees, with 97,721,196 shares traded across 55,442 transactions. This marked an increase in the trading volume compared to the previous day.
All 13 subgroups on the NEPSE index saw gains, which contributed to the overall growth of the market.
