Nepal Liquors has officially launched their latest alcoholic beverage, the Royal Challenge whisky. Apart from the deep and intensely smooth blend of scotch and premium Indian grains in Royal Challenge whisky, American charred oak casks are used for ageing, during which it gains colour and flavour from the caramelised sugars in the charred wood.
This infuses the whisky with a unique taste. Royal Challenge is priced at Rs1,360 for 750 ml, Rs680 for 375 ml and Rs340 for 180 ml. Nepal Liquors sells various drinks under its umbrella including the Antiquity Blue Whisky, Signature Premier Whisky, Signature Rare Whisky, McDowell’s No1 Whisky, McDowell’s No1 Celebration Rum and Blue Ribband Gin, reads a press release.
