Growth Sellers is set to hold its annual HR Meet on March 19 and 20 with the theme ‘HR can change, HR can drive’. The 11th edition of the meeting will be held in the Capital.
The two day conference will feature prominent international and domestic speakers delivering their sessions on HR issues. The conference will host two keynote speakers, Tanaya Mishra, Managing Director, HR of Accenture and NS Iyer, former HR head of Asian Paints India. Their sessions are titled ‘The Design Thinking Way’ and ‘Employee Engagement’ respectively.
According to the organiser, the conference is targeted at more than 250 HR professionals and other highlights of the event include panel discussions on topics such as stress management and work life balance.
“We initially organised the first HR Meet in 2008 as there were only a handful of companies in Nepal that had HR departments. The first of its kind conference in Nepal aims to strengthen, empower and nurture human resources in Nepal,” said Mohan Ojha, Managing Director of Growth Sellers.
“Since the first edition of the HR Meet, we have seen much development in people management,” added Ojha.
Last year, the conference attracted over 260 participants from various industries such as banking, manufacturing, IT and NGO/INGOs. Participants will also have the opportunity to network during the event and receive a personalised certificate of participation.
