Ministry of Supplies has honoured Raju Chaudhary, a journalist with Kantipur Daily, for his reporting on issues related to consumer rights.
Bhisma Raj Aangdambe, chairman of parliamentary committee on Industry, Commerce and Consumer Welfare Committee on Wednesday handed over a letter of appreciation to Chaudhary amid a programme organised to mark the ‘World Consumer Rights Day.’
The ministry also honoured Dilip Poudel of Nagarik Daily and Rajesh Verma of Annapurna Post for their contributions in highlighting consumer related issues.
