Gold price drops by Rs11,000 per tola

Gold price in the domestic market fell by Rs11,000 per tola (11.663 grams) on Wednesday.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association set the rate at Rs317,600, down from Rs328,600 the previous day.
The decline follows a drop in international gold price. Earlier on January 29, gold had reached a record high of Rs 339,000 per tola.
Silver also fell by Rs275, trading at Rs5,540 per tola compared with Rs5,815 the previous day.
