Advanced Automobiles, the authorised distributor of Renault four-wheelers for Nepal, has come up with a promotional scheme, under which customers can purchase the French carmaker’s Kwid hatchback by paying a monthly instalment of just Rs12,999 and Duster SUV at Rs27,999 per month.

The scheme is part of “Renault Winter Super Celebration Offer”, which was introduced on December 15 and is likely to stay till late winter, according to the company’s statement. 

Under the scheme, customers will have to make a down payment of around 30 percent of total cost of the vehicle, while the company will provide financing facility for the remaining 70 percent. Discounts, in the range of Rs40,000 to Rs75,000, are also being offered on the remaining 70 percent of the cost.

The credit, which has to be paid back within 10 years, will be provided at an annual interest rate of 6.99 percent. 

The Kwid costs between Rs1.6 million and Rs2.1 million, while the Duster comes with a price tag ranging from Rs3.5 million to Rs5.6million.

Buyers of the Renault vehicles, which come with a two-year warranty, will also get two years free servicing, read the statement. Also, customers looking to exchange their old cars with a brand new Kwid will get Rs30,000 as “exchange bonus”.

Renault, which marked its entry into the Nepali market in August, sells four wheelers 

that run on both petrol as well as diesel.
