Tanzifco launches five training programmes
Tanzifco Training Centre Nepal, part of Tanzifco Group Dubai, has launched five new training programmes related to cleaning and housekeeping.
Under the three-day general cleaner training programme, the company will train and educate participants on various health and safety issues at work such as grooming and hygiene standard, colour code techniques, safe use and care of machine, chemical competence, storage of equipment and basic interpersonal communication skills.
Under four-day “Cleaning Supervisor Training”, participants will learn about team building, customer care and focus, cleaning quality standards, problem solving and project document management.
The company’s three-day office boy and girl training programme includes topics such as job responsibility, order process of kitchen amenities, kitchen cleaning methodology, office cleaning methodology and how to do printing, copying , fax, laminate and binding, grooming standard and hygiene and health and safety at work.
As for the four-day housekeeping training in hospital and hotels, trainees will get information about the cleaning procedures in these areas.
The fees for the programmes range from Rs 8,815 to Rs 13,000.
Launching the programmes, Ali R Deryan, general manager of Tanzifco Dubai, said these schemes will make workers competitive in domestic and overseas labour markets. “With opportunities in hotel and hospital sectors increasing worldwide, there is a requirement of these trainings for the people,” he said, adding they will launch other such programmes as well.
Established in Kuwait in 1963, Tanzifco has been providing training services in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Sri Lanka and India apart from Nepal to recruit and train prospective candidates at the grass-root level.
