Kathmandu Police Chief Ramesh Kharel informed that Manange was kept at the premises of Hanumandhoka Police.
Manange has been a supporter of MMC and has been spotted at the Dashrath Stadium on previous occasions too when MMC played their game. He was watching the game from the stadium's VIP parapet on Tuesday.
"Investigation against him is underway", said Kharel. Police has been accusing that Manange operates criminal activities from Thamel.
Manange was released on 23 October after came up with Rs 29 million for bail to the charges of money laundering as set by the court.
