Generally cloudy conditions are expected in Koshi and Sudurpashchim provinces and in the hilly and Himalayan regions of the remaining provinces on Saturday, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

Other areas of the country will see partly cloudy skies.

The division said light rain or snowfall accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely at a few places in the Himalayan region. Light rain with thunder and lightning may also occur at a few places in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and at one or two places in the hilly areas of Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces.

Similarly, one or two places in the Tarai region of Koshi Province may experience light rain with thunder and lightning.

Tonight, generally cloudy conditions are expected in the Himalayan region, while the remaining areas will have partly cloudy weather.
