Mist is likely in some places of the Tarai region on Saturday morning, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

The division said the Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces will remain generally cloudy, while the remaining hilly and mountainous areas will see partly cloudy conditions. The rest of the country is expected to witness mainly fair weather.

There is a chance of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali Province.

Tonight, haze is likely in a few places in the Tarai. The Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces will be partly cloudy, with mainly fair weather elsewhere.

The division said the country is currently under the partial influence of westerly winds.
