The Meteorological Forecasting Division said some places in the Tarai will see fog during the day, while the Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces will generally remain cloudy. The rest of the country is expected to have partly cloudy skies.

There is a possibility of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.

At night, fog is likely at a few places in the Tarai. The hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces will remain partly cloudy, while the weather elsewhere will be mainly clear. Light rain or snowfall may continue at isolated locations in the high hills and Himalayan areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, the division said.
