Fog and mist are likely in parts of the Tarai on Thursday afternoon, while the rest of the country is expected to see mainly fair weather.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Koshi and Gandaki provinces’ high hilly and Himalayan regions will remain partly cloudy, with other areas largely clear.

At night, fog is likely to persist in some Tarai areas. The high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are expected to remain partly cloudy, while the rest of the country will see mainly fair weather, the division said.
