The Meteorological Forecasting Division has predicted generally cloudy skies across Nepal on Monday.

During the day, light rain is expected at a few places in the hilly regions of Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, and at one or two places in the Terai. Moderate to heavy rainfall is possible in parts of Lumbini’s Terai and the hilly regions of Koshi and Bagmati provinces.

At night, the hilly regions of Koshi and Madhesh provinces are likely to remain mostly cloudy, with light to moderate rain in some hilly areas and one or two Terai locations. Heavy rainfall may occur at one or two places in Koshi Province’s Terai.
