Hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces may experience light rain or snowfall at one or two locations on Saturday. 

The rest of the country is expected to remain mostly fair, with hilly areas partly cloudy, the Meteorological Forecasting Division said. 

Meteorologists attributed the conditions to a partial effect of the westerly low-pressure system.
