The Meteorological Forecasting Division has predicted generally cloudy skies in the hilly regions of all provinces today, with partly cloudy conditions elsewhere. Some hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces may experience moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning, while heavy rain is possible at one or two locations in these regions. Isolated rainfall may also occur in the Tarai.

Tonight, the hilly regions of Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces are expected to remain generally cloudy, with moderate rain possible in some locations.

The division stated that monsoon winds are weakening, and local weather patterns are influencing current conditions.
