The Meteorological Forecasting Division said that the weather across Nepal is expected to remain partly to generally cloudy on Tuesday, with chances of light to moderate rainfall and snowfall in several regions.

In Koshi Province, the Himalayan region is likely to experience partial to generally cloudy conditions with chances of light snowfall at a few places. The hilly and Terai regions may see light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning at a few locations during the day and night.

Madhesh Province will have partly to generally cloudy skies over the Terai region, with chances of light to moderate rain and thunderstorms at some locations during the day and at one or two places at night.

In Bagmati Province, the Himalayan region may witness light snowfall at a few places. The hilly areas are expected to receive light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning. The Terai region will be partly to generally cloudy with light to moderate rain possible at a few places during the day and generally clear skies at night.

Gandaki Province will see partly to generally cloudy skies over the Himalayan region with chances of light snowfall at some places. The hilly areas are likely to get light to moderate rain and thunderstorms, while the Terai region may remain partly cloudy to mainly clear.

In Lumbini Province, there are chances of light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms at one or two places across the Himalayan, hilly and Terai regions during the day. Nighttime skies will remain partly to generally cloudy over the hills and mountains and mainly clear in the Terai.

Karnali Province is expected to have partly to generally cloudy skies in the Himalayan and hilly regions during the day with light to moderate rain likely at one or two places. Skies will remain partly to generally cloudy at night.

In Sudurpaschim Province, partly to generally cloudy conditions are likely over the Himalayas and hills with chances of light to moderate rainfall and thunderstorms during the day. The Terai region is expected to remain partly cloudy to mainly clear both during the day and at night.
