The weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly areas and mainly clear in the rest of the country.

There is also possibility of light rainfall and snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces.

This is due to the partial effect of westerly winds and local winds currently active in the country, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
