The Meteorological Forecasting Division has said that the country is currently experiencing the partial influence of both westerly and local winds.

The weather remains partly to generally cloudy in Koshi and Madhesh provinces, along with hilly areas, while other regions have mostly clear skies.

Light rain, accompanied by thunderstorms, is expected in some hilly areas of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces. A few places in high-altitude and Himalayan regions may also experience light snowfall.

The division has urged caution, stating that the weather could partially impact daily life, agriculture, health, roads, and aviation.
