The country is experiencing the partial influence of a westerly disturbance and a low-pressure system, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

The hilly regions have partly to generally cloudy weather, while other areas remain mostly clear. Some parts of the Tarai are covered in fog.

Light rain with thunder is likely in some places of Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces and a few areas in other hilly regions. Light snowfall is also expected in some parts of the high hills and mountains.
