The Meteorological Forecasting Division attributed these weather patterns to the influence of westerly winds and local winds in the hilly regions.

On Sunday, Kathmandu reported a minimum temperature of 12.2°C, while Janakpur recorded the highest maximum temperature at 31.5°C across the country.

Jumla experienced the lowest minimum temperature at -3.5°C. No rainfall was recorded at any station in the past 24 hours, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
